Each package includes videographer time, equipment, editing, and digital delivery of the final files. Drone footage, extra shooting hours, and raw footage exports are noted separately in the Signature and Brand & Corporate tiers or available as add-ons.
Do you require a deposit to book a date?
Yes, we ask for a deposit to secure your date, typically a percentage of the total package price. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot, depending on the agreement.
Can I customize a package for my event?
Yes. Packages are a starting point, and we regularly adjust coverage hours, number of videographers, or deliverables based on the size and type of your wedding, event, or brand project in El Gouna.
How long does it take to receive the final video?
Delivery timelines vary by package, ranging from about 2 to 3 weeks after the shoot. Rush delivery may be arranged for an additional fee depending on current project workload.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand plans change. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability, and we ask for advance notice so we can adjust our production calendar accordingly. Deposit policies for rescheduled dates are outlined in the booking agreement.
Do you travel outside El Gouna for shoots?
We primarily serve El Gouna and nearby areas along the Red Sea coast. Travel outside this zone can be arranged, with transportation and accommodation costs added to the final quote.
